These terms are an agreement between you and HyRep.fit. “HyRep.fit”, “we” and “us” mean the HyRep.fit service and its operator. HyRep.fit is operated from India. You can reach us through the channels under Contact and Grievance Officer.
The terms cover the HyRep.fit app, the website at hyrep.fit and the pages we serve from it. By signing in, joining the waitlist or using a HyRep.fit page, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use HyRep.fit.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It is part of these terms.
In brief
- HyRep.fit is a tool for trainers and the people they train. We do not provide training, and we are not a party to anything between a trainer and a client.
- You must be 18 or older, with your own Indian mobile number and WhatsApp on it.
- Trainers are responsible for their clients’ agreement, for the records they keep, and for their own business, prices and tax.
- Clients pay trainers directly by UPI. HyRep.fit never holds money.
- Plans are not yet charged in the app. Payment and refund terms will be published here before any charge.
- HyRep.fit is not medical advice. You train at your own risk.
- The laws of India govern these terms. We give 30 days’ notice of a material change.

What HyRep.fit is
HyRep.fit is a tool for personal trainers in India and the people they train. Trainers use it to keep clients, packs, sessions, payments and workouts in one place. Members use it to see their sessions with a trainer, approve them, and log their own training.
HyRep.fit is a tool only. We do not provide training. We do not employ, vet or recommend trainers. We are not a party to any arrangement, session or payment between a trainer and a client.
HyRep.fit is in beta. Features may change, pause or be removed.
Who may use it
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under Indian law.
- You must have an Indian mobile number that is yours, with WhatsApp on it.
- HyRep.fit is offered in India.
The waitlist and invitations
Sign-in is by invitation. You can sign in if we have approved your number from the waitlist, or if a trainer on HyRep.fit has added your number as their client. Otherwise your number is placed on the waitlist.
Joining the waitlist does not promise access. We let people in at our discretion and in our own order, and we may decline or withdraw access.
Your account
- One person, one number. Your account is your mobile number. Do not share it, and do not sign in with someone else’s number.
- Signing in. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code exchanged over WhatsApp. There is no password. Whoever controls your number and your WhatsApp controls your account. Keep both secure.
- If you get a sign-in message you did not ask for, reply “Not me”. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- Give us true information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account.
Two sides, one app
An account can be a trainer, a member or both.
- Trainer side. Opens when we approve you as a trainer.
- Member side. Opens when you are approved as a member, or when a trainer has added your number.
- Linking. If a trainer has added your number, the app asks whether that is you. Saying yes links your account to that trainer’s record of you. You then see that record, and you can approve, confirm or dispute your sessions. Saying “Not me” hides the record and tells the trainer the number may be wrong.
- Sharing. Your own workouts and badges are private unless you turn on sharing for a trainer. You can turn it off at any time.
- Unlinking. You can unlink at any time. You keep a read-only copy of your sessions and workouts with that trainer. The trainer keeps their own record.
- If a trainer changes the number on a record, the earlier link to that record ends.
If you are a trainer
You run your own business. You are responsible for it, and for what you put into HyRep.fit.
Your clients’ data. You decide which clients to add and what to record about them. You confirm that:
- each client knows you keep their details, sessions, payments, workouts and bodyweight in HyRep.fit, and has agreed;
- you add only people you actually train, and only what the work needs;
- you will not add anyone under 18;
- you will correct a record that is wrong, and you will help when a client asks to see, correct or remove their data.
Messages to your clients. Messages go to your clients from HyRep.fit’s WhatsApp number in your name. You choose, for each client, whether “Updates on WhatsApp” is on. You are responsible for having that client’s agreement before it is on. For a client reached through a partner’s number, both must agree. You must switch it off if a client asks. You must not use HyRep.fit to send anything other than what the app sends.
Accuracy. You are responsible for marking sessions, attendance and payments truthfully. Marking a session that did not happen, or a payment that was not made, is a breach of these terms.
Money and tax. Your clients pay you directly, into your own UPI ID or by any other means you agree with them. You are responsible for your UPI ID being correct, for your prices, for refunds to your clients, for receipts and invoices you owe them, and for your own income tax, GST and any other tax or registration.
Your profession. You are responsible for your qualifications, certifications, insurance, the safety of the sessions you run, and the advice you give. What you say about yourself on your profile and pages must be true.
Your policies. Your cancellation and no-show rules, pack validity and grace periods are between you and your client. HyRep.fit applies the settings you choose. It does not judge whether they are fair.
If you are a client or a member
- Your arrangement is with your trainer, not with HyRep.fit. Questions about sessions, prices, cancellations and refunds go to your trainer.
- Approve, confirm or dispute sessions honestly.
- Your session code is yours. Show it only to your trainer, at your session.
- A pay page link is private. Anyone holding it can see what is on it.
Verified sessions and disputes
A session can be verified in these ways: you approve it in the app when your trainer starts it; you show your trainer your six-digit code; you confirm it afterwards; or a one-time code from a card is used. If you do nothing for 24 hours after a session ends, it is counted automatically and marked as such. Sessions for a client who has not joined the app still count and are marked “not verified”.
What a verification means. It is a record that the member’s account, or a code from it, vouched that the session took place at the time shown.
What it does not mean. It is not proof of what happened in the session, how long it lasted, or its quality. It is not a receipt, an invoice or proof of payment. HyRep.fit does not witness sessions and cannot confirm that the person holding a phone is its owner.
Disputes. A member can dispute a session within 7 days of its end if it was counted automatically, confirmed afterwards, still awaiting confirmation or verified with a trainer-issued card. A session approved live or with the member’s own code cannot be disputed in the app. The trainer answers the dispute: they can keep the session, or agree and make it free. The member can withdraw a dispute.
HyRep.fit records these steps. We do not decide disputes, and we are not responsible for how a trainer or a member resolves one.
Health and fitness
HyRep.fit is not medical advice. Nothing in the app, a workout, a plan, a badge, a summary or a message is a diagnosis, treatment or a statement that an exercise is safe for you.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. You train at your own risk. Speak to a doctor before you start or change a training programme, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart, joint or other health condition, or are recovering from illness or injury. Stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, faintness or shortness of breath.
Exercise names, cues, default weights and routines in the app are general information. Your trainer’s instructions are your trainer’s. Bodyweight and progress figures are records, not health assessments.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- add, message or record people without the agreement these terms require;
- pretend to be someone else, or claim a username, qualification or business that is not yours;
- enter false sessions, payments, verifications or disputes;
- upload anything unlawful, obscene, hateful, harassing or infringing, or a photo you have no right to use;
- send spam or use HyRep.fit’s messaging for anything but its purpose;
- try to get into another person’s account or data, guess codes or links, or get around limits, blocks or the waitlist;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell HyRep.fit, or run automated tools against it;
- interfere with the service or use it to break the law.
WhatsApp and messaging
- Messages are sent through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. WhatsApp’s own terms apply to your use of WhatsApp.
- Clients: your trainer adds you and chooses whether you get WhatsApp updates. Reply STOP to any message and messages to your number stop at once, from every trainer on HyRep.fit. Reply START to resume.
- Trainers: we may send you product updates on WhatsApp. Turn them off in settings or reply STOP.
- Waitlist and gym interest: we message you only if you ticked the box.
- Service messages you start yourself, such as sign-in, are not affected by STOP.
- If you reply to a message sent for your trainer, we pass the first part of your reply to your trainer in the app.
- We are not responsible for messages that WhatsApp delays, blocks or fails to deliver.
Payments between trainers and clients
HyRep.fit does not process, hold or transfer money. It creates a UPI payment link to the trainer’s own UPI ID, sends pay links and reminders, and lets the trainer record that a payment was made. The payment itself happens in the payer’s UPI app, under that app’s and the bank’s terms.
A payment shown as “paid” in HyRep.fit means the trainer recorded it as paid. It is not confirmation from a bank. Any wrong, failed, duplicate or disputed payment, and any refund, is between the trainer, the client and their banks.
If we later offer payments inside HyRep.fit, separate terms will apply before you use them.
Plans and prices
Today. Plans are not yet charged in the app, and HyRep.fit takes no payment details. When they are, the terms for payment and refunds will be published here before any charge.
What our website says we plan to charge. The pricing on hyrep.fit shows the plans we intend to offer: a free period for trainers, then a price set by the number of active clients; and free training for members, with a paid plan described there. Prices are shown without GST.
Before any charge. We will give you reasonable notice in the app or on WhatsApp before billing starts. You will see the price, the billing period and the tax before you pay. You will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Price changes. We may change prices. A change applies from your next billing period, with reasonable notice.
Taxes. You are responsible for any tax on your own income.
Usernames and pages
- A trainer chooses a username once. It is permanent. Your pages live at hyrep.fit under it.
- Do not choose a username that impersonates a person, business or brand, or that includes “hyrep”. We may refuse, reclaim or change a username that breaks these terms or the law.
- If your account is deleted, your username is held for 180 days so that nobody else receives links you shared. If you return with the same number within 35 days, you can take it back. After the hold, it may be released.
- Your pay pages and your public page show the profile details you entered. You are responsible for them.
Your content
You keep the rights in what you put into HyRep.fit: profile text, photos, notes, plans and workout data.
You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize, display and transmit that content, in India and wherever our service providers operate, only to run HyRep.fit for you: for example, showing your photo on your pay pages and to your clients, and putting your name in messages sent for you. The licence ends when the content or your account is deleted, apart from backup copies, which may remain for a limited period as our Privacy Policy describes.
You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and the agreement of anyone who appears in it.
We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Badges and share pictures
Badges are for motivation. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed, recounted or withdrawn. A badge is not a certificate of fitness or ability.
If you share a badge, a caption or a picture from HyRep.fit, it may carry the HyRep.fit name and marks. You choose where to share it and are responsible for that.
Our intellectual property
The app, the website, the HyRep.fit name and logo, the design, the exercise library and the software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app and website under these terms. Nothing else is granted.
Do not use the HyRep.fit name or marks without our written permission, except on things you share from the app as it produces them. HyRep.fit operates only from hyrep.fit and its subdomains.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
Third-party services
HyRep.fit relies on services run by others, including WhatsApp, your UPI app and bank, your phone’s app store and its notification service, and our hosting provider. Their terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for what they do, for their outages, or for changes they make.
Availability and changes
We try to keep HyRep.fit running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or kept in its present form. We may add, change or remove features, and may ask you to update the app to keep using it. Keep your own copy of records you must hold for tax or legal reasons.
HyRep.fit for Gyms
HyRep.fit for Gyms is not yet offered. Registering interest creates no agreement and no promise of a product, a price or a date.
Suspension, ending and deletion
- You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app (Me → Delete account) or as described on the delete your account page. Deletion is permanent.
- If you are a trainer, deleting your account deletes your clients’ records and stops their pay pages and messages. Tell your clients first.
- We may block or end an account, with or without notice, if you break these terms, if we must by law, if your use puts others or the service at risk, or if we stop offering HyRep.fit. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why. A blocked trainer’s clients may still receive session and payment messages already due.
- Terms that by their nature should outlast the end of this agreement do so. They include the trainer’s responsibilities, health and fitness, your content, our intellectual property, the disclaimers, the limit of liability, the indemnity, and law and disputes.
Disclaimers
HyRep.fit is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will meet your needs, that records in it are accurate or complete, or that any trainer, client, session or payment is genuine. We do not check trainers’ qualifications or clients’ identities.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer under Indian law that cannot be removed by agreement.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for injury, illness or loss arising from training, from a trainer’s advice or conduct, or from anything between a trainer and a client, including payments;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of income, business, data or goodwill;
- our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the fees you paid to HyRep.fit in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You will make good our losses and costs, including reasonable legal costs, from any claim against us that arises from: your breach of these terms; data you entered about another person without their agreement; messages sent to a client who had not agreed; your training services; payments between you and your clients; or your content.
Law and disputes
The laws of India govern these terms. First write to our Grievance Officer, and we will try to settle the matter. If we cannot, the dispute will be decided by the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. This does not stop you from approaching a consumer forum or other authority that has jurisdiction by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version at hyrep.fit and change the date at the top. For a material change, we will tell you in the app or on WhatsApp at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using HyRep.fit after that, you accept the change. If you do not accept it, stop using HyRep.fit and delete your account.
General
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stands. If we do not enforce a term, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your account or these terms. We may transfer ours with HyRep.fit. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about HyRep.fit. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and needs no signature.
