- Open HyRep and go to Me.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account. If you signed in a while ago, HyRep first asks you to confirm your number.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Delete your
account.
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. It can't be undone, and your clients stop getting messages from HyRep.
WHAT GOES
Everything you kept.
- Your profile and your HyRep page
- Your clients, their packs and sessions
- Payment records, workouts and progress
- Your photos, places and plans
- Your sign-in on every phone
Your clients' pages stop working. Copies in our backups are overwritten within 30 days. We keep a record that an account was deleted, with no details of who, and for 35 days a scrambled code of the number, only so that restoring a backup can't bring the account back.
WITHOUT THE APP
Ask us.
Message us from the number you signed up with (or tell us that number by email). Once we have confirmed the number is yours, we delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
In the app, Me → Help on WhatsApp reaches us too.
